Federal Employee or Federally Regulated Employee Lawsuit

By Helena on October 24, 2021November 4, 2021

There is a Federal Employee Lawsuit started by POLICE ON GUARD with Rocco Galati. The deadline for joining the lawsuit was extended to October 31, 2021. The criteria can be found here. Basically, you have to be a federal or federally regulated employee, not vaccinated, do not partake in PCR/other testing in the employment context, not quit your job and not ask for any kind of accommodation to be exempted from the vaccination.

The application is in @ October 24, 2021

Got the retainer letter and some Q&A from them @ October 25, 2021

The purpose of this lawsuit is to challenge vaccine mandates and vaccine passports as unconstitutional in Federal Court. It does not include any personal representation, nor does that seek any monetary damages. There are motions such as an injunction to the disciplinary actions until this lawsuit is decided, but I wouldn’t count on it for my personal situation.

Basically, it is an opportunity to help fund the constitutional challenge of an unprecedented takedown of all our freedoms one by one. If anyone is still thinking that it will all go away by itself, think again! It won’t! The governments (not only in Canada) didn’t spend a humongous amount of money to set it all up, they won’t give up easily. They need to be stopped by us!

Everyone who wants to be a part of the lawsuit has to apply separately.

Please, consider joining if you can afford it.

The cost of the retainer is $1,000 per person.

Signed up @ October 27, 2021

The lawsuit gathered enough people to proceed, so we’re on! @ November 4, 2021

I will update this post when updates become available.
